Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Body Back® is a results-based workout designed specifically for moms to focus on themselves.   Each session runs for 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 classes per week, Mama Wants Her Body Back DVD's and Food Journals.

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms through two styles of class: Run Clinics which are designed to correct running form and increase speed and agility, and Run Days designed to increase endurance. No running experience required!

Our Training Programs include:

  • Two weekly coached training runs with additional runs completed on your own
  • A progressive training program & guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other moms working towards the same goal
  • Private Facebook group for members to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.
  • Shoe and/or sports bra fitting at a local running store (subject to store availability)

    Strollers are welcome (but optional) during our training runs. Ask about a special discount for family members interested in joining with you.


    Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, pilates, and barre methods with pre and postnatal training.

    Join us to celebrate the addition of a new program to our lineup, Stroller Barre!
    We will be offering a FREE class for up to 12 mamas to experience the gentle flowing workout of Stroller Barre.
    After class stay to have some snacks at our Tiki Barre!

    We will be doing some exercises typically done at a Tuesday evening clinic as well as discussing assessments, training goals and what you can expect to gain from this course.
    Moms can come with or without baby as the runs are stroller-friendly.
    If bringing your baby, please follow the instructions and suggestions form the manufacturer of your stroller for jogging guidelines with baby.
